What's j pay? How do I put money on books in Nevada (NDOC)?

I was told I could use j pay to put money on my husband's books online with j pay (Nevada Dept. of Corrx).

I have to do that for my son here in CA. Just go to www.jpay.com and follow their directions. It's easy but you have to have a credit card to do it. You can use anyone's credit card (i.e. friends, family member, etc.) It doesn't have to have your name on the card. You can even send email in some states. Unfortunately CA doesn't have that option at this time.
