i dont know how many days i should run and use my workout videos. should i do both in one day or what? details. cuz i want to lose some fat.

when you're just starting out it's best to workout 1-2 days a week and build up from there to prevent burn-out.
it's also good to have variety in your routine for the same reason.
i would start with one day using your workout video and one day running. and then build it up to 4-5 times a week.
some other things you can try doing is circuit training. that helps keep your routine fresh and can incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic exercise into your workout.
the important thing to remember is that you need to give your muscles (except the abs) a full day to repair before working them out again. in other words one day work on upper body and abs, the next day work on lower body and abs. (just make sure you still stretch them out everyday or you're going to be a lot more sore)

want to lose fat, 5 days a week. cardio. if you lift weights, do the weights every other day. lifting weights speeds up weight loss

Jogging or walking is the best. try 3 days a week and stay away from junk food, beer, oil, and bread.

Well, it really depends on how fat and out of shape you are..... Drop the twinkies and get to it. Get off the web and off your azz and just do it.
