Wow, you finished a quadruple whopper? Congrats.

Yes, the cholesterol will stay in your body even after you burn all the calories off.

I'm told that the best cure for high cholesterol is to go back to BK and get a Hershey's Sundae Pie and wash it down with a large order of fries. MMMMMmmm.

Cholesterol cannot be exercised away. Calories will burn - but trans fats do not.
p.s. if you follow Junky's advice - you won't live long enough to fret about cholesterol. There are worse ways to go! ; - )
