Too much noise during the baking and cooling process. Make sure the kitchen and surrounding area is quiet when you bake the next cake. How hard do you close the oven door?
Once the cake is done, turn the oven off and let it sit for a minute with the oven off and the oven door open. This will let the cake cool some before you move it, and make the center drop.
Good luck next time! :-)

Well, there could be a variety of reasons for your sunk in cakes. Most cake mixes have dual leavening, baking soda and baking powder. If the cake mix is old, the baking powder won't do it's intended job of raising your cake. You'll get some leavening from the soda alone, but not enough umph due to the defuct baking powder. If you make cakes from scratch and they call for baking powder, make sure that what you are using is less than a year old. I date my can with a sharpie on the bottom. That helps me keep track of how old it is. Hope that helps!
