You put your new address on the tax return when you send it in. The address you fill in will be where they send your refund.
If you're talking about W-2's and such - you need to contact any employers you had last year to let them know your new address.

if you filed your tax return before you moved and used your old mailing address you have two choices:
Submit a mail forwarding request to the post office and have all your mail sent to your new address. Take note of how long this service lasts, because there is a time limit to how long the post office will do this.
Second, call the IRS on their 1-800 number and ask them what form you use to notify them of a change in address.

Have you filed already with your old address, and now you are at a different address? Use Form 8822. Fill it out and mail it to the IRS center for your old address, as indicated in the instructions following the form.

If you have not filed, just use your current address.

File a change of address with the Post Office. Also file one with the IRS. If you haven't filed your return yet, just put your current address on your return; it doesn't have to match the address on your W2.
Next time, have your refund sent directly to your bank account. You'll get it several weeks faster and it won't matter if you have moved.
