I started to like her so one night after work I took some roses over that was left over at a wedding and gave them to her....she was real surprised...I was real nervous....when i got home she im me and basically told me she wanted to be friends....kinda sucked...should i just give up or still try to go after her...if so how do i go about it?? we just went to lunch today and things are normal and not awkward but still in friend mode......

Respect her decision in not wanting to date. Maybe she will later on. But, remain in friend-mode. You never know.

The best thing you can do right now is move ahead. You can still love someone or want to be with someone from afar. Let her see that you are ok with being friends and that you are moving on. For some reason women like men who are more of a challenge. Next time she wants to meet tell her you have other plans but take a raincheck. Soon she will start to wonder what is up. It's all a game and as much as it sucks ya gotta play it. Women want what they can't have. I have learned that from my own experiences. Become unavailable to her.

Still go after her but you need to ease into it because you have to make her like you. Just be her friend for now and then drop hints every so often letting her know you like her. Yeah she knows but after a while she may begin to like you back in the same way. Take her out on romantic dates that she could not refuse and woo her into liking you if that doesn't work then she ain't worth it. I hope it works out for you and her!!!!!

If your worried about it being awkward talk to her and see how she feels now too ask her if the flowers seemed to much for a "friend" Mwe and my friends do nice things for each other all the time ...but the bottom line here is communication

Go after her more, take small steps to show your affection towards her, im sure it'll work. If not, just confront her and tell her how you feel about her. If that doesn't, just stay very close friends and see what comes your way, Good Luck!

Keep it as friends, maybe one day she'll see you in a different light. Until that day comes there's no reason you should sit around and wait for it to happen get out there and find a nice girl.

Respect her discion even though it irritates u. Be a friend sometimes freinds become more if it is meant u will get closer again. Maybe she's trying to figure out what she wants to do.

You should remain friends because if you keep trying, chances are you'll ruin the friendship......
