First of all take a deep breath, patience...sometime are trouble are not resolve overnight. Don't worry because you will panic and not beable to be useful and getting the result your looking for. Reach out to a confidente that can give positive reinforcement and ideals to resolving or dealing with your troubles that you are currently facing.
