Atheists are often criticised for what they say about God. Just as Christians are criticised for speaking of God.

They aren't.
Since America (I'm assuming you're American) is a secular nation (legally speaking) you can't teach a religious creation story in schools and you have to keep it nonreligious in general, but that's hardly punishment.
The laws that let you speak your mind are the same ones that let your opponents speak theirs.

Well it is my thought that it is because Satan has domain over the earth and he got it once he tricked Eve and she got Adam to bite the apple, that gave over domain to Satan and since it is that everything of the devil is anti to God we are punished

I don't know of any christian who has been punished for talking about Jesus if that is what you mean

Because Christians try and push and shove their religion on everyone who believes in something different. Atheist however dont try and push their believes on everyone.

-I was reported and received a violation notice a few days ago for answering the question: "Is God real?" with "No, i don't think so". I was reported for "insulting other paticipants" and had my answer removed.
