it all depends on ur sex, physical activity, weight of course and a few other factors. u should attend a meeting or get the very 1st book off a friend. id help u, but u mite b in the us and thats prolly different to ours in aus.

It was 32. But there's a new calculation that takes into account your height and activity level. You could go with 32 if you wanted to. Plus 35 per week for Flex Points.
