5'3" and 100lbs?
Come on, you DON'T need to lose any weight. If you want to shape up your belly, just do crunches and by then you'll have a flat stomach, but you don't need to lose 5 more pounds. And you should care if it's healty or not, you can do real damage to your body. Say for example, you say, I'm not going to eat more than a few crackers or carrot sticks until I lose weight. When you get down to your 95lbs, and start eating normal again, you're going to gain more weight. Just be happy with who you are right now!

How about 5lbs in 1 and 1/2 days. It is called the lemonade diet all you eat/drink is a mixture of water, lemon juice, cayan peppers, and maple syrup. It sounds nasty but it works. Don't do it for more than a month though. I'm dead serious. It cleans out your system.

There are these diet pills from GNC that are called the 72 hour diet pill and they are FABULOUS!!! I am a runner and I l;ift weights and spin almost daily so Iam all about healthy lifestyle and dont normally like diet pills , but these detox your body (google that and see why detox is important) ..all you do is eat fresh veggies and fruits only..no carbs...and take these pills for three days and youll easily lose poundage..
Also throw in a little exercise ( ecspecially if you never do) and youll lose even more.
We went to Disney World last month and I had one week to fit back into summer shorts that were even getting tight on me by the end of the summer. I took these pills, kicked up my running by a few extra miles and VIOLA, I was walkin around Disny comfy in my shorts.
These pills are also available from Ebay. Ive got them there too.

sweety, you are already underwieght. But if you really want to lose 5 pound..
1) Drink water when you are hungry. Remember to dink at least 10 glasses a day.
2) eat very very very small meal 6 times throughout the day to keep you metabolism going.
3) Excersize for at least 1 1/2 a day,( moderate intensity), Or 1 hour( high intensity) ... Step climbing burns alot of calories.
4) get at leat 8 hours of sleep and dont eat or exsercize within 1 hour of going to bed.
5)kepp moving. If you ever find yourself sitting still. The get up and do jumping jacks or run it place.

Try the cabbage soup diet, you make the soup with cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, celery onion, and a package of onion soup mix, pull up the diet on line, every day you will eat at least 2 bowls of cabbage soup, you may do this for a week, stop and resume the next week, it has been used for heart patients I am told and is healthy. I lost 7 pounds in one week on it.

Go on a 3 day fruit (mainly citrus) and vegetable diet.
Drink lots of water (at least 3liters) a day
Exercise for at least an hour a day. Take a protein shake at least 30 minutes after exercising (so you don't loose your muscle mass and tone)

If you really weigh 100 pounds and are 5'3" (or anywhere close for either number), then you are significantly UNDERWEIGHT.
Also, please take it from me--I've been there--losing weight will not help your self-esteem.
Self-worth is based in who you are as a person--created in God's image--nothing can take away who He made you to be (not your own opinion of yourself or anyone else's).

Girl, you don't need to loose wait!!! AT ALL! Ur like the perfect weight! And please don't do anything that's unhealthy, cause it will affect you later. Be happy with yourself, and everything will be ok!
