Do at least 30 minutes of the stair master everyday...Jump rope 30 minutes every day and jog.... slowly....
Make sure you drink a protein shake after each work out and you'll begin to notice a difference in as little as two weeks.

Try laying on the floor, or a mat with knees up, do pelvic lifts, holding each one for a couple of seconds, not only will this shape your butt and thighs it will also make your lower back stronger which in turn helps with posture.

Walking up & down steps. Stair master would be great but if you don't have one, then walk up & down steps. A friend of mine walks up & down 2 or 3 steps and keeps repeating it continuosly for maybe 10 min. Good luck!

There are lots of excercises. My personal favorite is pilates. You can also do squats(with or without weights), lunges(with or without weights), and plies(it is a ballet move, very effective)
