i've been googleing and asking jeeves but am not getting the specifics i want. like what is the aveage size they grow to , i have a 4 month old cockalier mother was a cocker spaniel and father was a king charles cavalier, which makes him the cockalier(if you didnt get what a cockalier was). everyone keeps saying he looks like hes going t obe big, but i just dont see how he can ge tthat big if he of this mix. currently he is approx. 12 lbs. anybody seen an adult one or know anything. thanks for your responces.

Sweetie, he is a mutt. The problem with mixed breeds are that you are never sure which breed they will get their dominant genes from. There is really no way to tell how big he will get. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel will get to be between 13-18 pounds. The Cocker Spaniel gets to be about 29 pounds. So you dog will be anywhere between 13 to 29 pounds.

Okay, here's the thing with mixes. Take all the characteristics of a cocker spaniel (size, temprament, etc.) and all the characteristics of a Cavalier King Charles. A mix of the two can have any of these characteristics. You can't predict the size; it might be as big as a cocker spaniel, as small as a Cavalier, or anywhere in between.

first never heard of that cross...my aunt has cockers and i know a big cocker can get up 40 pound and a charlie they don't get that big so i'd say 25-30 lbs... ruff guess.. if they are going by the Paw theroy cockers have very big feet lab size

Only that it is a mixed breed so there is no breed standard and each one can be totally different than the next one. If he just weighs 12 lb now he will probably be around 30 lb grown.
