That sounds about as real as any of it.

My friend Leanne is being baptized this weekend.
Tell your pastor to come and watch! However I know you dont have a pastor and are just mocking G-d....best of luck with that on your day of judgement!

Find a new pastor, that guy is out to lunch.
Women get saved, baptized and yes, they go to heaven, thank the Lord!

Your pastor is wrong. Women can be baptized. I was baptized by my pastor. He'd have to come up with a verse that supports his belief definitively before I'd listen to that and accept it.

I highly doubt your pastor is a true born again Christian.
You need to go to God for the right church. One that believes in the Holy Bible as the Word of God and also has confessed Jesus Christ Lord and believes in his heart in the atonement and resurrection.
This statement is contrary to the Holy Bible. But there is something like that in apocryphal writings in the Catholic Cannon, the Koran and the Mormon book.
My guess is that the pastor is of one of these 3 religions.

Pony: You are up to your "Trick" ,again. If you have a Pastor, who supposedly told you this, he has MISinformed you with some very inaccurate theology. Of course, I know that you are not really making a credible statement in your posting because you are attempting to arouse gullible Christians and get a rise from them. Nice try, though !!!

Why did you open a Yahoo Answers account an hour ago just to answer 20 question in Religion and Spirtuality? Are you in collusion with Zhukov, the Russian Alien and/or GOT FLYS? Why did you ask 5 questions along this line your 1 hour stint on Yahoo Answers? What's your agenda, buddy?

Whoever taught this is in error. This is called "HERESY". Jesus came to save all humans, not just the males. Women were baptized as well as men, and need salvation as much as men do.
This "pastor" doesn't sound like a christian to me.

The Bible doesn't say that women cannot be baptized.. I would ask your pastor to show you where it is that he/she is getting there information from.

I think your pastor may need to read his Bible a little more... I've been baptized and I will be going to heaven.

Your pastor is a false prophet. I have been baptised and I am a female. I am saved. You ask you fase pastor wher abouts in the bible does it say that women will go to Hell if they are baptised. John the Baptist baptised many women as well as men.
