You can take the "N" or "W" train to the City Hall station. If you are not near those lines, you could take the "4", "5", "6" train to Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall or "J", "M" to Broadway/Nassau and walk 2 blocks west. You can also take the "2" or "3" to Park Place and walk up about a block.

The nice thing about the Broadway shows in NY is that most of the theatres are, relatively speaking, pretty small (compared to comparable venues in other large cities). While some seats are certainly better than others at the Lion King, all or any of the seats are passable and I'm sure you'll enjoy the performance.

It depends on where you are comming from.
Most Likley, take the Subway to City Hall/Brooklyn Bridge.
The Woolworth Building is at 233 Broadway, and 250 is on the corner or Murry Street

Depends on where you are. But, get into a Taxi and say 250 Broadway. 250, what's that on, Broadway and . . .? That might help to. But if you're not sure, there are always Taxi's.
