Is there any way to get a bigger bust without getting plastic surgery?

Also, I don't know if I am a different bra size because I have a 34A bra but everytime I lift my arms to stretch, it starts to ride up almost over my chest. Can somebody help?

You can't enlarge your bust without plastic surgery, but you can boost what you have with a push-up bra.

Your bra sounds either too large around the rib-cage or it is old and has stretched too much. The band should sit nicely under your breasts, sitting flat against your ribs. So you might need to go down to a 32 or get a new 34. The cups should not be too small - if there's boob squishing out the side, or if there's too much room, you need to change the cup size.

It's a good idea to go to a lingerie shop (like VS) and get measured by a professional. Don't be shy - they do it every day!! That way you can get a bra that fits you properly and makes the most of what you have. :-)

There are natural tablets that claim to increase the size of your bust - not sure the name but you can always try to google it. Biotherm make a bust firming lotion that is suppost to stimulate the blood in the bust causing it to become noticibly firmer. As for the bra riding up when you lift your arms out, i would say it is the bra size not the cup size, try a 32A.

The only non surgical way they are ever going to actually get bigger is if your total body fat increases, such as it would by being pregnant. That always works for even the smallest of us!! LOL But seriously that may not be what you should do unless you really want to go that way. Really your best bet is to get a custom fitted bra that moves what you do have around to create the impression they are bigger than they really are. I hope this helps :)

Bigger bust means plastic surgery. And you need to get measured to make sure you get a proper fitting bra.

Maybe you just need to lengthen the straps. Or try a 32C if the cups still don't fit. Basically if your bust measurement is 35 inches, then the band size and cup size needs to add up to 35, so both 34A and 32C can fit a 35 inch bust.

HTH : )

I just seen this on a tv show today, you measure under your bust and then add three inches to it then measure your bust ,and if there is a 3 inch differance its A,if its a 2 inch differance its B,or if its a 1 inch differance its a C, try pads to boost your size

Push up bras and water bras will give the illusion they are bigger, but nothing short of surgury will make them larger. Sorry.

Just be happy with what you have, at least they won't sag as much as larger breasts when you are older. I love my 34Bs
