Those who wants to loose weight that fast most likely gain everything back that fast again. If I were you I would set myself a good 4-5 months plan to loose weight. You can do it by exercise and eat right.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Learn the science of how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat.

Just don't try. It's really hard on your body, and in the end can just make it worse. Starving yourself won't do you any good, your body will go into conservation mode and you won't burn any fat. Just jog a little bit, and do some toning excercises to get more tones, if not skinnier. If you try to lose weight in four days, you will probably just end up looking worse. I would try to eat pretty organically. Colorful fruits and veggies, and no processed flour or simple sugars. Eat little meals every 3 or 4 hours to keep your metabolism going, that will help to burn some fat.

You can't, unless by some happenstance you contract an illness that prevents you from eating for several days. Weight loss is a long-term investment that can only be accomplished through healthy eating and regular exercise.

Diet and exercise. Same as always. But you can't lose a substantial amount of weight in 4 days and be healthy.

Crash diet... just kidding... cut down on all of your snacks..eat one meal a day and only eat like vedgetables and lean chicken or fish....or there is always the special K diet I lost a few pounds on that in just a couple of days but it depends on how much weight you want off. Oh and excersize for 40 min-1hour

Get yourself a weight trainer and work out REALLY hard. Eat right too. Sometimes it's better if you work out with someone else because then you don't slack off and not show up to work out sessions. You also have to be committed!
