My boyfriend came to get me one night to spend some time together (if you know what I mean). Well, we were in the middle of something when his phone rings. I wasn't really mad, but I was kind of aggravated because I wanted that time to be for us; I understood it wasn't in his plans, but still...I didn't make a big scene, so I left the couch and went and laid on the bed and pulled the covers around me. He got off the phone and came and snatched the covers, I didn't roll over, he told me to turn around and I didn't. He left and sat his butt on the couch. I was going to turn around, I just needed one more second to cool down! I was mad then. He didn't even really try. But still I didn't say anything. Them he goes and calls the person back to talk! on our time! I put on my clothes and marched right out of there. Then he tries to get of the phone, and yells at me to come back in that room. no! He had done that once before and promised he would never do it again.

then he got PISSED OFF and went to lay down on the bed. I finally came back and laid in the bed with him. I began to silently cry for a long time. I got tired and I was already also pissed...I asked him to take me home. He got extremely mad and he took me all the way to my dirt road. by then I was bawling! I asked him to take him back with me, and we spent the rest of the night together, but it was not worth it...w

If there will be a next time, tell him to turn off the phone, OR ELSE!
Some people have no compassion for the feelings of others, my wife included.
Ask him what is more important to him, you or the phone.
Does he think you will just lay there and keep the bed warm while he chats with his friend?

Sounds to me like he is in the wrong, if my fella was to answer his phone while we doing something together, I be damn, that would be an instant mood killer there, hell let the damn phone ring, they will leave a voice mail if its important. You were in the right, but at the same time you should have handled it differently. But you were in the right, could be that he is also "talking" to someone else as well and didnt want them to know. Just keep your eyes open and your ears open as well. All men will eventually tell on theirself when they are doing wrong.

I do think u got upset to quickly but it sounds like this has happened to you a few times before. You should Talk to Him and Sence you only get a little bit with him ask him if he'll turn off his phone. Cause u should be more important than any phone call from a friend.

How can either of you be right? This situation reeks of much petulance. That being said, are you so stupid as to deny him from answering a call seeing as how it could have had greater consequence than sex? What really speaks volumes is his lack of insistence when you threw your pout. Also the fact that you use sex to get "love and attention whereas he may use love to get sex. You are prone to fighting as referenced by your opting to incite a conflict rather than continue where you left off. He is right by default.

It sounds almost like he is only in the relationship for the sex. If you care for someone and a phone rings in the middle of something you let it ring!!

Promises can be broken, things can be done more than once...
But the question is, when can we accept that these are facts?
Communication is a big issue... and Always will be...
Try to fix things up with communication, otherwise it will drag and drag... and the next time you fight, it will be the same thing.

It's not his fault the phone rang, but he sounds rude and inconsiderate. Instead of going to his bed, I would have said I'll come back when you have time for me. Jerk!

tell him that when you are together and "doing things" that the phone is not to be answered. if her truly cares then about you he will make his friends wait. i don't think either of you were right, but that's just my opinion.
