I personally have learned that having a man closer to my height is better! Much nicer for hugs and being close! If a man is tall, you end up hugging his mid-section, rather than truly being 'in his arms'! 5'4"...no problemo! If you've got a good body too, that's icing on the cake!
And you didn't say how old you are...you may have not finished growing yet?

Height doesn't make up the whole personality of a person. It is just a parcel of the whole...so no need to worry. Real people will like and love you for who you really are ...although a good packaging counts...still it doesn't ruin the quality of what is inside the package. What's priceless and lasting is what's inside you that made up the totality of your being. Height doesn't matter...so cheer up!

it depends on your body language, short and cocky is no way to go through in life, having a happy and good attitude should give you the opportunity to meet others, height has nothing to do with it

just find a girl under 5.4....as long as you've got a kickin' body though...don't see that height matters too much...maybe a about 3 inches....any more difference might be wierd
