The stuff from the dentist works. The crap that you buy at the store like Crest white strips doesn't. You get what you pay for. The laser cleaning is very expensive, but its amazing how white they can get your teeth. The bleaching kits from the dentists that you take home are also very good. But if you want to be cheap, I would just try brushing with plain baking soda and see if it helps first. I'm sure you will notice a difference over your normal toothpaste.

It involves a trip to the dentist but it's my favorite! Go get bleaching trays, the soft ones, custom fit for your teeth. You get one set they last forever and they're made just for you. Then you just get bleach as needed. At home you bleach them for a week or two until you get them where you want them and then whenever you need a little pick me up. Hope it helps.

Crest whitestrips do work. You just have to keep using them. Brushing your teeth w/a mix of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide work. You have to make a paste of it and brush it on. Using an electric toothbrush helps tremendously.

Don't try any kind of Sensodine. If you try to whiten your teeth, it will make them sensible to cold or heat. Best Advice--Brush and Floss
