I want to shrink my thighs and my legs jiggle alot. Any ideas?

Walking lunges. Make sure when you step down into the lunge position your knee does not go pass the tips of your toes. If you try and it still happens then your are going to deep. Then don't go to deep. You could always try stationary lunges to start into you get stronger. Do three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions per leg twice or three times a week. You would not only have smaller thighs they will be tone and you will have a killer tight butt to boot. Good luck!

Eat smaller portions, exercise, gain muscle instead of not.
