If weight loss is going to work in the long-term a person needs to take it slow. Weight Watchers is a good weight loss plan, as are many others. Just stay away from "fad" diets and lose-weight-fast methods and schemes.

Seriously, freshly popped corn, water and green tea works for me when I'm feeling a little up. By freshly popped corn I mean popped from a home popping machine. Not those microwave bag things. I eat the pop corn plain with some water once a day, not very often. Then drink hot tea later. Of course, if you don't like the pop corn idea you could always try drinking a large enough glass of water BEFORE eating a meal. That way you will have a little full feeling and you will not eat as much.
