First of all, she should be covered under your claim with the insurance company based on most insurance policies which protect passengers in a vehicle. Who would be initiating the lawsuit? Is she hurt? If you use your policy to cover her medical/emotional expenses, that seems like it would cover everything. I am not sure why there would need to be a lawsuit or a claim against you.

Are you honestly asking if you should hire a lawyer to have your daughter sue you?
Keep in mind, just because your insurance company would pay your daughter off, this would stick with YOU like glue. Your insurance company could likely drop you, and make it that much less likely for you to get any insurance in the future.
You could get a lawyer as the other person suggests, but if your daughter is not physically hurt, maybe the better suggestion is for you to think of her long term happiness (which might not be about money). Talk to her, get her counseling, and focus on making her feel better, not about how to sue yourself to get money from your daughter's suffering. If you focus on how damaged your daughter is she will not get better. If you focus instead on moving ahead and not looking for a pay day, everyone will benefit from what could have been (and was not) a tragedy.

properly what we (the familiar public) want to do is make a wide deal out of this... because that's.. She become totally lined by technique of the agency.. i do not recognize how a liver transplant is "experimental".. surprisingly because the docs knew there become no danger of survival without it. there have been protests adverse to the agency.. one i imagine become spiraled by technique of Mark Kirakos.. notwithstanding it needs to obtain a lot extra interest.. i imagine a petition might want to be an truly good concept... might want to it change some thing in words of legislations? No... yet when we make a huge sufficient deal out of it, different coverage organizations will be extra careful with circumstances like those... i'm Armenian, so I fallowed the tale from the starting up.. It really saddened me to hearken to that she'd exceeded

Why would you want your daughter to sue you? I don't think that your insurance company is going to pay for pain and suffering, but consult legal advice.

She wasn't injured, and if she was, whaddya know, you were driving, it was your fault. I suggest you DON'T milk more money out of it, since that money will just end up in the form of higher premiums for others.
