I will say just let it out, and think of the good things you have done. Go to the mall and walk around with a friend or by yourself. Think of what will make you feel better, and how can you get that feeling to be so real in your life. Just let yourself dream into a world of fantasy, and make yourself happy. I'm sure you are a great person, and very smart. I believe in you and know how worthy you are, and you are experiencing a feeling you don't understand but it will come to past. I say this because we all go through something like this, be strong and don't let anything or anyone ever break your spirit. Write in your journal to let some of this stuff come out, and take a nice shower or bath, and some hot tea, or hot cocoa with whip cream and marshmallows, and or coffee. Hope you feel well soon!

Well sometimes a good cry is not such a bad thing, but you should call someone, anyone just to talk and get your mind off of being lonely. Go out, make new friends!!

I hope that you can find a friend, but on the other hand find some funny movies to watch, or music that you like to listen to, go for a walk,go to the park and do some people watching, if you have a car go for a drive .fine other things to occupy your mind and maybe change your mood.

Do it until you run out of tears... it almost works as a way of coming to terms with what you're going through in order to take steps into changing whatever it is upseting you. I find this works for me.

Letting out your problem is always good. If you have no one to do that, try to find a hobby or an interest that can at least minimize the loneliness.

well, i always express my feelings on music weather i'm mad or sad.i reli don't no why but music is so much more meaningful when ur feeling emotional.its usually b/c you actually listen to the beat, rythem, and lyrics.its a great way to express your feelings, u should try it some time...

i would do something that will not make me feel lonely.such as shopping,watch films,do some housework,and the best is to ask your friends out talking with them share your feelings,it's better.

go and get out. If you like dancing go if you have firends hang with them. but get out of the house and do stuff. take up arts and crafts and do stuff cause sitting alone is bad and depression can and will get you
