have you seen the sales figures on the Harry Potter series?

Kind of an odd question. While not what I am supposed to be doing this, why that length?
If you want to read two books that add up to that length that are FANTASTIC, read "Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk (293 pgs) and "Life of Pi" by Yann Matel (326 pgs). Completely different styles and themes, both very good reads. If you simply want to be mildly entertained, find a Stephen King, but if you want to read good books, check out the above.
