People seem obsessed with their infallibility and self-righteousness because the humanistic society in which we live demands it to be so. Man has become his own god and it is imperatively his all-consuming duty now to feed that premise and act it out with every waking hour. There is none righteous, no not one.

You must know some really strange people. I don't know anyone who is concerned about self-righteousness - but a know alot who are very glad for the righteousness in Christ.
