Need radio code for a 88 range rover lost code any help?

Put new batterrry in and the radio wont work need the code and lost it any help please

write down VIN # and take it to the service dept. of a range rover dealer and they will get you the code for your ride. Can also get keys made this way.

Most radios that have anti theft will go into an OFF mode when the wrong code is tried more than 3 times. To get it back into the CODE mode so the correct code can be programmed try turning the ignition to the accessory position and turn the radio on for 30 minutes, The display will change from OFF to CODE when it is ready to receive the correct code.
