my heart rate is 60 beats per minute is that ok for a healthy 19 yearold male

Normal is considered to be between 55-80bpm resting. What really matters though, is how quickly your heart rate climbs during exercise and how quickly it drops to "normal resting" after exercise.

60bpm is within tolerance for an adult who is at least moderately physically fit.

If your heart rate was below 50bpm (bradycardia) or 120bpm or more (tachycardia) you would have cause for worry.

Advice: have a few beers, travel the world, find a girl (not neccessarily in that order) and quit worrying about your heart rate.
