Tint tickets are very common in CA, and you got a break the first time around (and apparently did NOT fix it, but said you did). This time you did not get a break, and got the proper fine for the offense. Maybe you should think about fixing it now before you get another ticket?

I dont know how much the fine will be. but im guessing right around $117. I would take it off, its not worth repeat tickets, they usually get more money the more the judge sees you. And the worst thing about illegal tint is the cops usually want to search the car, and depending on what you have in there that might not be the best idea rolling around with a "pull me over" sticker on your windows.

Damn! How dark is the tint? Tint tickets are unheard of in the land of sunshine. Was it by the same cop? Maybe he has it in for you!

Apparently the fine is $117 if that's what fine they gave you.
