I have a (small)patch of ringworm on my back...about the size of a
quarter..i went to the pharmacy..and asked the pharmacist if there was anything over the counter and he gave me a cream ...something called lamisil....it's for a athletes foot but said it should do the trick.....how long do you think it will take to clear
up?The thought of it just makes me want to itch......

it shouldnt take more than a week. make sure who ever is putting the cream on your back wears gloves cause that is very contagious!

It takes about one to two weeks for the skin to regenerate. Athlete's foot is actually a type of ringworm.

about 5-7 days. Lamisil is good and you can also use tinactin or atheletes foot sprays
