i think i got screwed out of an extra 300 bucks on leasing a new subaru. HELP!?

i just signed a lease and while i was signing the papers the finance manger guy i was talking to added 300 bucks that i have to pay when i finish the lease. i asked if i break the lease early? he said no. if you dont lease again from us or buy a new car its a charge from subaru to resell the car. is this BS? i think i got taken! im calling tomorrow to see whats up but please let me know what you think. where you get your info will help.

Probably not. More than likely it's a charge for cleaning and prepping the vehicle for resale when the lease is terminated.
