Has anyone on their deathbed ever uttered these words:

"Gee...I wish I had worked harder, spent less time with family and friends, and acquired more material wealth"

The words were not uttered, rather they were written. And I am not on my deathbed, so my point still stands.

In effect yes. You did ask.

To clarify, the ultimate would be to spend all your time with family and friends and none working to achieve material wealth, those people usually end up unhappy and alone. At the other end of the spectrum are those who spend all their time working and none with family and friends and end up unhappy and alone. Then there is somewhere in between where most of us are.

So yes some people do regret being in essense wasters.

Well, actually, those were the exact words I was going to use, but then as the hour drew near, I used my last words to order a double cheeseburger, 12 hot wings and a nice cold glass of hand squeezed lemonade.
