can you give me some tips of having a good health habits..............

Why the habits are important is that as we age our system slows so it is harder to stay healthy. So limiting the things that can cause side-effects limits our chance of unwanted effects. Just like the pain of breaking a bone may go away but show up again as the "old football injury", our choices can come back to haunt us.
Healthy- limit/avoid sugars and processed foods

Return to informed portions instead of "what ever is on the plate"

If it grows that way it is usually healthy (barring poisons) with the exception of meats which should be cooked well.

Things to include:
Fruits
Vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Fish
Chicken
Lean Beef
Eggs
Spices
Herbs
Olive Oil

Things to Avoid:
Refined Carbohydrates (refined sugar, starch)
Trans Fats (Hydrogenated Oils)
Excess Sodium
Heating Oils (I use vegetable broth to cook with and add olive oil later)
Processed Food

replace soda, coffee, juice, etc w/ water
avoid deep fried anything
get whole grains whenever possible
avoid processed packaged stuff, make your own food whenever possible.
do some physical activity daily like walking, etc.
