I barely drink.. i maybe one small bottled water (12 oz) a day. thats it....for some reason i just am never thirsty? is something wrong with me?

attempt to eat a stability eating regimen....even if in case you at the prompt are not thirsty drink a pitcher of water after and previously ingesting, this may develop your body intake of water which will in a while produce thirst ... no longer purely that yet you'll lose some weight!!

you might not be thirsty but you still need the water you should try and drink more water even if your not thirsty

it often means you are hydratedit mean you get enght water in food it normal in the winter but if you have the same thing in the summer then you would have a problem.because the heat would take your enery in the summer.

water dosent taste good, diet coke or orangeuice or tea with honey dose the trick for me but i only drinkl water if im like dieing of thirst and i dont understand it eaither there are girls i know who carry water bottels with them everywhere and drinkl it like every second in our class and it your fine there is nothing wrong!

it's definitely odd, do you eat a lot of fruits or veggies that might have high water contents?
