The 8-ball must always be pocketed in its own shot. Doing otherwise constitutes a loss of game (BCA rule 4.20). However, you did ask if they are pocketed in the same "turn". Your "turn" isn't over until you fail to pocket a legal object ball, regardless of the number of "shots". M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

he loses....when attempting to make a shot and if your ball drops and then the eight ball after that...its a loss. You have to be able to take the last ball shot before shooting at the 8-ball. 8-ball shots are always called.

He loses. If he hits the eight ball in before he has hit all of his balls in, it a loss. On his last shot, he must call the pocket in which he wishes to shoot the eight - if he is playing eight ball.

well if their ball goes in before the 8 ball- they win. But... depends how you are playing. If no 'slop" they would call it first. Something like" 9 in the corner and then 8 in the side pocket). If 8 goes in first - they lose... anytime.

If the person who pockets theirr last ball, in 8 ball, "calls" thei last ball AND the 8 ball, prior to shooting their last ball, they win, if both are pocketed in the manner described. The last object ball, must be contacted first, although, it doesn't necessarily have to "fall" first, but it must fall.
