lol, no not everyone has a birthmark. Whoever told you it's weird that you don't is on crack. I honestly only know two people that have a birthmark. So, yeah... tell them they're idiots.

i dont think u are suppose to HAVE them but some ppl just get them...i have one on my back, and many little ones on my arms...some thing with my cousins....it runs in the family...

You might not know you have it. Mine is very tiny and in my buttcrack. Somebody else had to tell me it was there. Turns out, my whole family has one there. I know people that have them under their hair, too.
