Aliens could land on Earth tomorrow and give us proof that they put life here on Earth and that there is no God....the next day, you would still be able to find believers in God EVERYWHERE.
People who believe in God simply do not care that there is no evidence for the existence of God.

I suggest you pose this same question to the Atheists who harass Christians as well. Took prayer out of the schools, but oh wait Muslims, Native Americans, etc. still have their studies, prayer sessions, etc. This double standard in America is getting ridiculous. I can see where your heart lies and I understand you're point. I agree we are not supposed to be like those in the world. Sometimes I fall victim to this as well. With that said, we are told to "go forth and preach the gospel." To some people it is harassment, to others it's offensive. Jesus said if they persecuted him for the truth they will persecute us. Jesus did not always preach a comfortable message. He usually told people "to go and sin no more." The Pharisees and Sadducees didn't like him. They felt he was a problem. He didn't follow their rules. He wasn't politically correct. Therefore they sought to murder him. Again your heart is in the right place, but according to scripture, "the heart is deceitful among all things, desperately wicked and who can know it." I understand sometimes we are to plant the seed and move on, but it's hard to do when you have a group of people who want you to remain silent everywhere you go. "Be a silent Christian and we will tolerate you. Say anything about your God and we want you put away along with your religion." That's the new tolerance today. Has nothing to do with an open discussion. Has more to do with shutting people up you don't agree with. So both parties are guilty although Atheists and Agnostics will deny they do this. I submit to you that they do and all one has to do is look at the history of their actions. We are not perfect creatures so we all make mistakes. It's no excuse because as a Christian we are supposed to repent of those mistakes and strive to no longer make them. If you are hounding someone with the Gospel the Bible clearly dictates there is a point where you stop preaching to a person. Look at Paul, there was a point where he stopped preaching to the Jews and moved on to the Gentiles because the Jews refused to accept Christ. Scripture also says, "don't cast your pearls before swine..." We have to accept the fact some people will simply choose their fate unless the HOLY SPIRIT moves them. Plant the seed and move on. It's hard to do when you love someone and do not want to see them suffer in the end, but you have to understand it is a choice between them and God. You preach the WARNING and move on. God Bless, Roy

I find it impossible that a human will ever be able to "crack" anything that God doesn't want them to. How will you feel when you find out those scientist are wrong, and God wants to know why you put more faith in flawed man than perfect Him? Scientists also thought the world was flat for a very very long time! That not true, is it! They also said smoking was good for you! And many other things later to be proved to be wrong!

Well it's very simple. If Science can conquer it, modify it, change it WITHOUT reprecussions then you are probably right
BUT if the BODY fights back and counters what the scientists do, then God's word is final.
So, let's see who wins, the people who can't even decide if Pluto is or isn't a planet or God.
Remember, the wonder drug Penicillin is now eaten by the body. That's the body fighting back.

Is it not maybe the case that this is built into us so that we can appreciate what exists beyond ourselves. That is hardwired into our brains to enable us to experience our spirituality and to expand ourselves in more ways than just material. Just like sex and reproduction are hardwired in to help survival of our species.
Usually gene therapy is suggested for people with absent or faulty genes such as those with cystic fibrosis. Wouldn't the absence of such a gene in atheists show that they are the 'sick' ones with a 'bit' missing and therefore they need the gene therapy to replace it.
I am not suggesting that atheists are sick so please don't be offended - I don't want to 'cure' any one of any belief as I believe your opinion is as valid as the next person I just thought it was an interesting tangent to throw up

I've read a couple of your questions tonight and was wondering why people that don't believe in God spend so much time trying to discredit Him. Why don't you just go on with your life and not worry about it or does it make you feel better to prove to yourself that He is not real. Alot of times people that want to live their lives a certain way and know that God wouldn't be pleased try to discredit that He exists. Anyway, I say if you don't believe, don't spend all your time trying to poison the thoughts of those that are lucky enough to know He exists. They will never crack the code. Jesus loves you by the way.

Maybe they can get Ernst Boris Chain to help. He did get the Nobel prize for his work...
"The principle of [divine] purpose ... stares the biologist in the face wherever he looks ... . The probability for such an event as the origin of DNA molecules to have occurred by sheer chance is just too small to be seriously considered ... ."Ernst Boris Chain - Nobel Prize in medicine
Don't worry when they find it there might be a hope that you can be cured.

Yep, the same science that "proved" that cholesterol in eggs is dangerous, based on a flawed study from the 1950's. Today's scientific "fact" has a strange way of ending up as tomorrow's discarded theory.
Sorry, but that's not a big worry of mine.

Lower IQ helps, but of course there is no 'God Gene'
People have been inventing religions since the beginner of known history and long before, religions started out as polytheistic. Now you're just babbling.
