You mean like in a lottery? Hey, is English your 2nd language? If it is, you're coming along quite nicely. Just keep practicing...especially on the spelling. I'm so proud of you.

Anyway....back to your question...Boys are very simple. If you're cool and cute, (in his opinion), you've already won him. All you have to do now is let him know it without embarrassing him around all his friends and the rest of the 3rd grade.

if you're friends then you should find out for sure if he likes you because you're putting your friendship at risk. You could ask his friends, or ask one of your friends to talk to him
if youre not friends then what the heck, go for if and see what happens, then worst possible thing is that you get rejected and that just lets you move on with your life
