Hmmm, having been on cruise ships to the Baltic, Europe, Med, Africa, South America, Central america, Caribbean, and both east and west North America the most breath taking place ive seen would have to be Alaska - specifically -
Hubbard Glacier - WOW, 6 miles of sheer ice towering above the ship....with LOTS of calving (ice falling off)
Glacier bay - incredibly beautiful and serene without a single sight of humanity...
The downside is whilst the scenery is breathtaking view whilst the sun is out - 8 out of 10 days in alaska its grey, foggy and miserable lol

I've been on any number of cruises to gorgeous locales around the world (including the entire length of the South Pacific and up the Amazon). The only location I've ever repeated has been Alaska... and will do so again.
In one word: Majestic.

Based on my experience on the cruises we have taken, Alaska, Panama Canal, or the Mediterranian.

Don't go on NCL! I went last summer and it was a major bummer!
I have been on a lot of cruises and from my experience Princess is the best cruiseline overall!
