I'm trying to find some kind of health food program that I could sugest to the administraters at my school. I'm also looking for healthy alternative snacks and drinks that we could put in the vending machines instead of junk food and sodas. If anyone has any kind of information that might help me with this or a website I could go to please let me know. Thank you.

Healthy foods also keep you thin so no salt in foods since it makes you fat. Site below explains why. Also fresh produce like apples is best but not convenient. So buy all raw food bars which is the next bext thing. Salt is not a raw food since it is a rock not a food.

If anyone at school disagrees then have them put 4 oz (several tablespoons ) of salt into a pint of water and drink it. They will need to be rushed to the hospital but will probably die, proving them dead wrong. Site below tells about many raw food bars but most Laurabars are not raw-- only some of them.

Congratulations, I hope you succeed! I don't know if this will help but try going to www.healthylunches.org. I have heard of a healthy food program that some school in the the north midwest uses...sorry I can't remember the name. I am also trying to find out how I can change my son's school. What they feed people is repulsive! Good luck!

college lunches are exceptionally healthy, except your college can provide chips ans hamburgers each and every of the time. in the adventure that they merely do convey your own healthy packed lunch to school, i recommend this: a million or 2 sandwiches (placed the filling as tuna, cheese or ham. perhaps crest! ) A %. of crisps, in user-friendly words a million in the adventure that your attempting to drop some pounds. A yoghurt A small packet of grapes or an apple/banana/pear placed your drink as milk or flavoured water. have they were given a merchandising device on your college? in the adventure that they do they might promote milk in there! bypass ahead and get it!

Instead of snicker bars...they can replace them with granola bars, apples, and yogurt.
