whenever I wake up i always get a headache i i don't know why!! Does anyone know why??

Well depends on the kind of pain you feel in your head. Sometimes not getting enough sleep will do it, or sleeping to long. And also if you drink before you sleep, or don't drink enough water it's one of them. everybody body is diffrerent, but i'm sure what else.

Without having more information, I would guess it is a problem with your sinuses. You might want to try an antihistamine or go see your doctor.

go to the doctor, you could have a tumor :O
or maybe you sleep in a way that cramps your head

It could be the way you are sleeping at night. try a softer pillow.
