You need a product with oil or silicone, and then you need the maxiglide flat iron. This iron has pins like a brush that effortlessly pull the hair straight, and you can flip or curl the ends with it too. I have curly hair and use it with both of those products.
Wash and condition hair. While hair is damp, apply your silicone or oil product (luster's pink lotion light or Citré shine serum) or a little of both depending on how thin or coarse you hair is, throughout the hair. Comb through evenly, and blow dry the hair till it is completely dry. Follow the directions to the maxi glide iron and your hair will be straight, shiny, bouncy and soft.
You can get these products anywhere nowadays.

Either Frederic Fekkai Smooth Hair or Glossing Cream. I put in the Glossing Cream before I straight iron my hair and it makes it so shiny and soft. You can buy the online but they also carry the line at Victoria's Secret and Sephora.

I find that mayo and egg makes the hair really shiny and is also a good conditioner. Add a little vanilla extract for the smell.

Get a CHI or a tourmaline iron (which can be expensive, but are well worth it) when you ironing your hair spray it with straight sexy spray. Also biosilk is a very good conditioner, it really makes your hair silky
