Maybe it means he likes you and wants you to call him. But I could be wrong on that. If you don't like him, just say so and get it over with - even give him back the piece of paper he handed you his number on.
Unless he's given you a specific reason, you can't start thinking a guy is only interested in sex just because he is forward about expressing interest in you. Give him a call and take it from there. If you start talking to the guy and realize he has sex on the brain you can always tell him you don't want to talk to him anymore. But to just assume he is only interested in sex is stupid.

i dont see this being a problem. Unless there are more details that you are not sharing. one year difference is not a deal at all. If it was a type and you mean he was 26 and not 16, then he is a sexual preditor and you need to report him to an adult. there are some sickos out there.

it has been proven that both parties simultaneously explode when this event takes place creating a huge mess of blood guts and eyeballs for the janitor to clean up......truly a bad situation for all.so run for your lives whenever approached by a sixteen year old!
