am indonesian. I have toyota engine, 4 A GE 20 valve DOHC natural aspirated. I want to up grade this engine power, what should i do?? my budget limit is $5000.

Turbocharge it! You can do it for under 3k. Take it to a professional to do it, please don't do it yourself.

best bang for the buck is to sell the car, buy somethign made for dragracing, then modify that. 5.0 mustang comes to mind.
or just turbocharge the current car, and put low comp pistons , better rods, and maybe a new head on the engine.

To Kyle. The problem is that he's in Indonesia (I think?) I don't think you can walk into the Ford dealer and pick up a Mustang just like that.
