Police said, It was not as if Mr.Dar being targeted. There were serious allegations against him and they had to be verified. When nothing was found, he has released.

Here its to be noted that In BanglaDesh, Dar was suspected of spying for India's Research and Analysis wing. He was deported to India on Oct 25th, 2006 after 40 days of detention.

Yeah sure, don't know the case, but erm 40 days is a minor, don't get me wrong, major mistake but thousands of people have spent decades in prison for sod all reason.

We can not involve another innocent person for his purpose.

i dont understand, what exactly do you think was wrong here? he was obviously suspected of something, and was realeased for lack of evidence
