I have severe endometriosis. I've tried multiple types of birth control. None have helped, and several have actually made my situation worse. For example, on most of them I pass a fist-sized ball of endometrium, AT ONE TIME, during my period. I take pain meds (usually Percoset, otherwise known as Oxycodone) almost daily. When I'm not taking that (which is about 1/4 of the time) I take Cataflam, an anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory drug. I have also undergone Lupron treatments. If you don't know what Lupron is, please look it up. That worked for 8 months and the problem came right back.
I have gone to numerous OBGYNs and asked for a hystorectomy. None will give it to me because I have no children. (I am 27 and KNOW I hate kids and never want any...)
So, do I have any other options that will work?

A D&C is not a treatment for Endometriosis. Lupron, contraceptive therapies and other medical suppressives are stop gap measures only, as you have experienced. While there is no cure for Endometriosis, you do have options and you don't have to suffer like this. Research and clinical studies have shown over and over that if *all* disease is truly and meticulously removed from *all* locations, recurrence of symptoms is very low. Through such treatment as surgical LAPEX (laparoscopic excision) of disease from the entire pelvis and abdomen, including bowels, bladder and anyplace it might be implanted, patients have the best chance at being symptom-free for the long term. Most gyns do not grasp the full understanding of how insidious this disease truly is and how far reaching the impact of it can be. They only know how to vaporize and offer medical suppression, while not truly treating (removing) it. Hysterectomy will also not confer curative benefits; if there is disease left behind at the time of hysterectomy, it will only persist (with or without ovaries - one need not have a period to experience symptoms of Endometriosis, and it can produce its own estrogen synthesizing enzyme - Aromatase - to sustain its own life cycle). You need to see an Endo specialist. Though they are few and far between, they are out there and are treating women and girls from all over the world successfully through excision. Some starting points:
http://www.endometriosistreatment.org
http://www.endoexcision.com
http://www.drcook.com
http://www.centerforendo.com
Take a look at the above sites and consider at least sending your records for a free review and evaluation with recommendations by the experts there. Remember that you're not alone and there is help out there.

I was 30 when I was first diagnosed with endometriosis, after the unbelievable heavy bleeding during the periods. I had my first diagnostic surgery in 1998 and they also removed some of the lesions and the cysts on that occasion. From that point on it was a crazy dance with my life revolving around my disease and the days of my life going by me as if I was just a spectator. I was on Lupron that offered some help but destroyed me financially.
My parents were basically living on the verge of poverty just so that they can help me pay for my Lupron. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2005 and I was a bit better for approximately a year. And after endometriosis and pain returned in 2006, I remember that I just gave up any hope that I will lead a normal life ever again.
I was never able to maintain a healthy relationship and I gave up on that, too. I found out about this eBook (http://preview.tinyurl.com/EndometriosisB ) on the internet and the few clicks changed everything. I could not believe that I have been suffering needlessly for so long. I will not be able to have children because my fallopian tubes and ovaries are removed, but I am just thankful that I am again able to lead a healthy full life...

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

I recommend this interesting ebook about ovarian cysts http://ovariancysts.toptips.org
There are several primary factors and a combination of these factors which lead to ovarian cysts formation.
Genetic predisposition: Genetic predisposition is often considered to be the primary cause of ovarian cysts as research has shown that the genetic pattern of women who suffer from this chronic condition is far different compared to women who have never suffered from ovarian cysts or PCOS. PCOS women are often predisposed to abnormal metabolism and the dysfunctions of cell activity. However, this should not be a death warrant as many times the genetic characteristics can be modified with the help of environmental factors and proper lifestyle related changes.
Poor dietary choices: Different types of foods including refined carbohydrates, acidic foods and foods which contain high levels of toxins and hormone like substances can trigger hormonal imbalance and can weaken your immune system making you more susceptible to ovarian cysts. Similarly a diet rich in sugar and low on fresh vegetables can make the task of flushing out toxins difficult thereby aggravating your ovarian cyst condition.
Weak immune system: Poor dietary choices, stress and sleep deprivation can lead to a weakened immune system. A weakened immune system invites cannot defend the body against ovarian cyst formation.
Insulin resistance: High level of insulin can stimulate ovarian androgen production, which leads to the production of male hormones. This reduces the serum sex-hormone binding globulin or SHGB. The SHBG can in turn aggravate your ovarian cyst condition to quite an extent.
Failed ovulation process: When the ovaries fail to release an egg on a monthly basis due to certain metabolic disorders and because progesterone isn't produced it can trigger the formation of ovarian cysts as the immature follicles develop into cysts.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/171f0

Definitely look into a D&C. I had it and it definitely helped. Its odd that your doctors wouldn't reccommend that over a hystorectomy. They're not too bad. Its an outpatient surgery, so recovery time at home is about the same length of time as a menstrual cycle.
Good Luck.

Endometriosis, IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
