Do not waste your money on creams - dermatologists say they do not work. The best thing is massage therapy, where they focus specifically on your cellulite and breaking up fatty cells that have formed in bumps. If you call a massage therapist and they do not know about that and just want to do a deep tissue massage, keep calling others until you find one who knows how to do it. The treadmill can help, too.

This is the best online resource on how to get rid of cellulite http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539
Dimply skin from cellulite is passed from the mother, however it will become far more visible due to instigators such as very poor diet program, lack of exercise, lack of fluids, changes in hormones, and greater body fat.
Cellulite lotions, pills, along with other similar options are not very effective in removing dimply skin from cellulite. The most efficient approach is to consume healthy foods by consuming lots of wholesome foods, and implementing a consistent workout program that incorporates both cardio exercise and resistance training. Check the program I suggest and you'll start seeing results quick.
Good Luck
