It is a 2006 sonata with 3.3 v6 Engine, I hear noises only when I accelerate between 2000-2500 RPM and in first three gears. I took it to the dealers and they said it was fine. I say thats bull because it is actually pretty loud and can hear it through my stereo

You have a problem. 4 cyl had that issue but not the 3.3L. Take it to another dealership...it is under warranty and some dealership will want the work (it should cost you $0!)

I believe that the noise you are hearing is actually coming from your stereo speakers and not your engine. The whine will change pitch with your engine RPMs and my guess is that if you turn off your stereo you won't hear the whine. There are a few things that can cause a stereo to make the whining noise. these had a problem with the timing chain tensioners but i cant see it being that. a whine might be the transmission, i work at a Hyundai dealership and i haven't heard anything like that before but it sounds like the transmission, take it to another dealership. either way it will cost u nothing.
