Well, this guy I like, likes me back. He doesn't want to be boyfriend and girlfriend. I know he isn't dating anyone. So, I think he's not ready. What do you think?

Just give him some time. Keep talking to him of course, and never let anyone snatch him away from you. After a few days, he'll get over whatever problems he's had in the past and will JUMP OUT and BE READY, just try not to push it. =]

if he doesn't want to be your boyfriend, i take it you asked him and that is how you know, right? well, if he doesn't want to be your bf, then chances are he just wants to play with you...
