Hello, I read your question, and I feel you need to get strong if you truly do like this young girl. You need to find your inner courage and ask her to a movie or go for a pizza etc. THe rest will all work out from there. Get yourself together and practice if you must. But don't let another boy come along and ask her out before you. That will only hurt you in the long run. Good Luck !

i think the guy should ask. i myself am shy and i would feel very uncomfortable asking out a guy i like. but if they have never talked how does he know she likes him back? well anyway, the guy should be the one to ask. even if they weren't shy, the guy should ask.
