3/4 per every 4 servings
4 goes into 14, 3 1/2 times so you simply multiply 3/4 by 3 1/2
which equals 21/8 or 2 and 5/8 cup.

let x be the number of times we need to increase the standard 4 servings:

4x = 14
x = 14/4 = 7/2
Therefore all ingredients need to be increased by a factor of 7/2

3/4 * 7/2 = 21/8 = 2 5/8 cups carrots

I would break it down how much i would need for one serving first...
3/4x1/4=3/16
Then multiply that by 14
3/16x14=2 5/8 cups
